Build the agentic systems that power MNTR — retrieval, reasoning pipelines, and evaluation loops over real-world signals across policy, markets, and defense.

Design and ship agent orchestration, retrieval, and evaluation pipelines.
Own model selection, prompting, fine-tuning, and inference performance.
Build internal tooling for data ingestion, labeling, and quality monitoring.
Work directly with founders and design partners on production deployments.
